Milk prices in Delhi, NCR hiked once again
Friday, 31 January 2014 by Unknown
Milk prices in Delhi and the National Capital Region have risen
once again, with the Mother Dairy raising the prices of all variants
of milk.
"We have been compelled to raise the retail prices because of the
ongoing rise in the prices of raw milk in the last few months
coupled with the need to ensure availability of milk in the
consumer market," said a Mother Dairy spokesperson on Friday.
The price of one litre of full cream milk has increased from Rs. 44
to Rs. 46, while a litre of toned milk has gone up from Rs. 34 to Rs.
36 and that of double toned from Rs. 30 to Rs. 32.
